I've had three sessions with Dan Rix after being afflicted with back spasms. He was very reassuring and is excellent at releasing muscular tension and advising on gentle exercises to do.

Dan is the best physio Ive ever used. I was struggling with my knee pre London Marathon and he was great both physically and mentally at getting me ready for the day. Really took care of me and was great at explaining the plan to get me fixed. Would 100% recommend to anyone needing physio. Dominique also very kind and great at sorting out all the appointments.

I was recently treated by one of the physios Pantellis. I am now completely recovered as a result of the treatment I received. I suffered from nerve impingement in my neck I was in absolute agony. Fortunately Pantlelis was able to treat this hands on and provide exercises which benefited the post operative healing process. He was vey knowledgeable and supportive. Should the need ever arise again that I need physio I will contact him again. I have returned to my gym and back to full fitness.

Had a 1 hour sports massage with Ela today. It was very very good! Would definitely recommend! Ela was very knowledgeable. I feel a lot better after having the massage!
