He was always able to diagnose any problems or pains I had and adapted the sessions to my changing needs. I always enjoyed my sessions with Julian, he made it fun but also knew how to bring out the best in my performance.
He is an excellent, thoughtful personal trainer

The first thing we did was check my mobility, diet, and personal history of illness. After that, he established a workout and nutrition plan that included supplements. Julian explained everything in great detail and responded to any questions that I might have.
The workout sessions were hard at first, and following the diet took a lot of effort, but Julian was always there supporting me and pushing me to do better and making sure that I stayed on track.
After 6-8 weeks, I noticed myself getting stronger and leaner. The anthropometric measurements (that he takes every 2 weeks) were also showing objective improvement.
Overall I'm super happy training with Julian and I would highly recommend him as a PT!

Julian had been very helpful in guiding me with my diet, supplements and exercise regime (often going above and beyond and checking in with my 24/7 to see my progress and checking my food diary). Although I had a little hick-up in the middle of the 6 week programme with getting ill (meaning I had to stop training for a week) Julian had been understanding and helped me get back on track the week after, starting off slightly slower and lighter than I normally would go.
I honestly hadn't felt that strong in a while. I wanted to push myself and he recognised that and would also push me to my limits. At the end of the 6 weeks, I had lost 3.4% body fat and gained 1.4kg of muscle :)
Definitely one of the better PT's I've had in Central London with great results afterwards! Highly recommend and I would 100% sign up to another few weeks in the summer.
