Purchased exercise bike found it very easy to assemble took me approx 1 hour .Very good price and feels like a much more expensive machine,very pleased .

Brilliant customer service! Ordered a Viavito Rokai Multi-Function Folding Rowing Machine. Unfortunately, it was damaged in transit, cracked on the band housing. After contacting their customer service they offered a discount, new part or replacement. It would have been a long delay for the replacement part, so they sent out a new machine without any fuss. Thank you Iwona who looked after me and was always very quick to respond to my emails. The rowing machine is well worth the money with different resistance levels, which is normally only a feature on more expensive models. Also, it is of a very sturdy construction, unlike some machines in this price range. We also ordered the heart monitor, which connects to the rowing machine with no problems and the rubber mat, which is very good quality and does what it is supposed to do. Definitely recommend Sweatband, excellent service

Recently ordered a set of PowerBlocks from Sweatband and they arrived in a timely manner, without any issue. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed one of chrome adder weights had some rust on it. As soon as I reached out to Sweatband's customer service team, they immediately offered to replace the parts and had them shipped/arriving within a week. To take it a step above and beyond, they even called to follow up on the delivery to ensure I was happy with the replacement parts. Highly recommend.

Ive deleted the initial rating and review because I received a response and it's not fair to leave a bad review regarding something I'm not 100% sure about. I relayed the information given to me by nordictrack customer support when I called them. They told me I have the older version of the treadmill. I'll have my son double check when he comes to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I apologise if it was my misunderstanding.
