I was working very closely with Phoebe Wishart, and I only have positive things to say about her! She was always available to answer any questions about listings, sent me all the latest listings that fit my criterion and also checked in on me to make sure I was not too overwhelmed with the process. Had a great time working with her! Shes a star!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Phoebe did an exceptional job taking care to listen to my requirements prior to letting my apartment. A prompt and efficient service throughout. Working with Dexters, specifically Phoebe, has been very smooth. Phoebe is incredibly responsive and always maintains a feedback loop to propose properties that best fit our needs, even as they change. Shes also very patient with questions and works with the tenants and landlords best interests!
