        The receptionist at the pink floor were very rude unnecessary, i went for an emergency and they made me feel bad for no reason.

        Doctor Youssef is amazing - she is calm, patient and compassionate, had difficulty with the coil and was dismissed at A&E but she sorted me out within minutes. Reception staff are also very kind and friendly, was able to get an appointment over the phone quite quickly.
