Great watch repair service - replaces batteries quickly and sources broken parts. Always good value, and recently fixed my fastening for free after it got twisted.

I came in for a third time with a watch that they charged me 75 GBP to fix. Paid in cash as requested, which I thought was cheap for fixing my favorite watch I thought was totally dead. When I asked for a refund for the watch which was not working he simply repeated over and over again: no money. I have no money for you. When I insisted on him giving me my money back for services not rendered, he tried to kick me out by the coat collar which didnt work because hes an older fellow. This man needs to retire from his business of providing sub-par service to good paying clients.

* I have applied to dispute with Lloyd's I went to your shop at 4.35pm today and was charged 5 for a key cutting service . A young boy made it for me and then a man helped him , but I went home in essex and found that the new key today would not open the door to my room... Can I get a refund for this? I have taken a video to prove that. *thank you for your reply But I have called you before and sent many emails to let you know but I didnt receive any response before

***update*** My watch has now completely stopped working! Never using this guy again. Massive shame as I'd prefer to support a local business. Took my watch back after a battery change as water started coming inside, asked the old chap inside to check it out as it's been 2 weeks since the change and greeted back with a comment about "well it's a cheap watch, what do you expect. It's not a Rolex". Then charged a further fee for the old guy to correct his work. Upon saying this is harsh and not good customer service, I was told that I am being disrespectful criticising his work. He should have done it properly in the first place. Possibly time for him to retire if this is how he treats his customers. I wouldn't recommend this place to honest folk. Avoid unless desperate.
