        Legal services provided are not bad. However, back office is the least organised I have ever come across of any company I have had to deal with (100s). Simply cannot be trusted to invoice correctly - attempted overcharging on several occasions over a single year. No doubt by mistake but issues never rectified and mistakes repeated month after month.
