Fantastic and expert service from this small but hard hitting tenant eviction company. Have been operating as a professional landlord in and around London for two decades now, and have used most of the so called experts in Landlord and Tenant circles, however none to date have surpassed Eviction Management Services for the Stirling service that they have provided to me this past 3 years ! Thanks to Charles at Eviction Management Services we got our property back from an anti social tenant. This case was a bit out of the ordinary as you normally expect problem tenants to be on benefits and criminal. This tenant worked in the financial services industry and seemed to know all the tricks of the trade. Refusing to pay rent whilst partying late into the night every weekend. They even seemed to have swallowed most of the housing legislation!. Charles took it all in his stride and we had him out in no time. We even got our money back as the obnoxious tenant could not afford to get a judgement registered against him due to his profession. Thank you so much Charles we couldnt of got there without you x

Glad we found Charles and his company EMS to carry out our tenant eviction. We had already been to court 3 times before finding EMS. The first time it was struck out because the law firm we used did not use the correct s.8 notice. Then we found an eviction specialist who made yet more mistakes - they used the right s8 notice but did not set out the grounds properly. Then we tried to do it ourselves - i'm not going to go into detail here, but suffice to say i wish we had not ! Having had the same case struck out three times we provided Charles with all the papers and within a few minutes he was able to tell us why our claims had been struck out - we knew we just had to use EMS. Fourth time around ., this time with EMS, and we got possession in 14 days and judgement for arrears of 19K + Costs. Charles was confident and showed us every courtesy whilst ensuring that our case had more than a fighting chance of winning. Thank you Charles and all at EMS we will not forget xxx

Needed to evict a tenant of mine that wasn't paying rent. EMS did a fantastic job securing possession and then arranging enforcement through the High Court. Will recommend Eviction Management Services to anyone needing to evict tenants quickly!
