At the peak of Covid-19. Our order was delivered incorrect. Not being there to sign for myself, the delivery driver signed for in my name. As soon as I was ready to start the job I notified Mobilane of the discrepancy and corresponded by email. I recieved no response on my last email.
Soon after I was followed up by the full bill and a threat of legal action if wasn't paid in 2 days. I called up spoke with the commercial director who had acused me of taking the missing items for myself.
The issue is almost sorted as I am awaiting the amended invoice but I must say for a large company the service received was absolutely shocking.
They don't pick up the phone to call their customers before threatening legal action so their communication is poor and as good as the products this company provide are. I wouldn't recommend using them if this is the service they bestow on their customers.
