        Went there last Saturday and the helpful staff at Robert dyas tried to cut a key for my front door, the machine got stuck and had to be restarted, after two subsequent tries, the machine refused to make a good copy of my key, it looks like a nice concept but in reality you are better of taking your keys to an experienced human
