BT Business Phone Systems

We have used BT services for our business since 2004. We received an unexpected call from BT Enterprise beginning of the year 2022 claiming to offer the same service as BT Cloud Voice which we had at the time but with lower cost. We signed up a five year contract for BT One Phone earlier on this year. We never received a copy of the contract showing our agreement. Our bill has been much higher than what we agreed and the quality of calls have been very poor. We have called BT multiple times since then and spend a lot of our time discussing this matter to no avail. It seems that there are multiple organisations in BT which are not unified in any shape. We have always trusted BT but on this occasion we feel that we have been scammed.

Worst network. I tried to contact customer care they arent solving my problem. I have the reference number because my landlord did complaint but still they need more information like business name & etc how can I get the information. My landlord isnt providing me such type of information. How can I do complaints. Its really pathetic service. Im from India & I feel that here the service & network is worst than India. I hope you change your system .
