We have just come back from a 2 night visit. Myself, my husband and our 3 grandchildren aged 7 8 and 15. We stayed in one of the annex apartments on the 3rd floor ( no lift but worth the walk up) it was ideal large living room with side kitchen....separate toilet with vanity unit also shower room with large vanity unit. The bedroom was very large and held one very double bed (2 beds together so could be separated if wanted )and 3 singles to accommodate us and they were the most comfortable beds to sleep in. The kids loved the accommodation and were very keen each day to get back to it . And WiFi brilliant. The breakfast was first class and the staff second to none very helpful. They kept our luggage until we were ready to go to the station so we could do more sightseeing. The location was absolutely fantastic. Thank you all for a fantastic stay. Pauline and Dave Noon

We were a family of four staying 4 nights, and this was really perfect for us. Its hard to find a good fit in London when you have young kids. We had a family room / apartment in a separate building, with a 4 bed bedroom and a living room with kitchenette (combo convention oven / microwave, dishes, sink, small refrigerator). We were on the 4th floor, so lots of stairs, but the staff did help with the bags, and we were aware that there might be stairs were all in good shape, so we didnt mind. And perhaps because we were on 4, it was SO quiet. We even slept with the window open a bit, and no noise. Comfortable beds, too. We only did the breakfast once, but I found it to be generous (self-serve continental options, or full English, or any variation of those). The kitchenette and living room made it easy to do takeaway or grab easy-to-prepare foods from M&S down the street ( a nice break from all restaurants). Overall, it was a lot of space and very comfortable for us, and an ideal location. Especially for the price, I am very happy with our choice to stay here.
