I booked a single basic room (shared bathroom), on checking in I asked if there was a room with minimal stairs (due to health issues), offered a room on third floor or basement, I chose basement as thought minimal stairs. On finding room I was horrified. Excellent location and bedding clean. Rooms: The cold water tap wouldnt turn off, the hot water tap didnt work, the mat in front of the sink was wet (a leak somewhere), half a curtain to the window, light above sink didnt work, light near tv didnt work, tv on just one channel (20 refundable to get remote from reception), no breakfast. All this for 89 a night.
