Apartment not clean, flies during winter, shower pressure low and drip. Fire alarm went off twice on different occasions. They cannot switch it off. They then decided to kick us out of the apartment at 1 am without anywhere to go. Could not find any accommodation due to a busy activity in central London with lots of events during that weekend. Only arrived 1 month into a new country but was kicked out of the apartment due to their faulty alarm. The duty manager was asleep but woke up to say we must leave immediately. Their apology was by way of a cheap basket of fruit, some was rotten. Trying to stay warm and safe in the middle of the night towards the morning was not easy. Do not use this bunch of useless people
