We stayed here twice during our trip to London. The first stay (two adjoining twin rooms), our rooms were not the best - very cramped and outdated The bathrooms were hard to use due to their small size, and generally it was not very comfortable. The second stay (quad room), we had a much better experience. The room was spacious and seemed more recently renovated, especially the bathroom. So it seems the experience here can be hit or miss depending on what kind of room you get. Aside from that, this hotel was pretty good value. The location is good, wifi is good, and we didn't have any major issues during our stay.
