        I would give zero stars if I could. My stitches came out too soon after my surgery and I called to check what the follow up would be. After being pass around the departments, I was left on hold for after 4 hours and then was hung up on. Horrible horrible service

        Pathetic, rescheduled my appointment, i've been going through a lot of issues, but they don't care ,they don't even have anyone to cover. They are happy to let their patients suffer. Absolutely trash service. This is why the NHS is failing. Don't ask for a better salary, when you cant do your job.
