        Bought a print on the shop online. Impossible to create an account in order to track the delivery. Impossible to get in touch with the customer service by telephone. Impossible to leave a voice message. Paid 7 pounds for the delivery. Customer service really poor.

        People are confusing shops aimed at pulling in tourists with a proper museum shop. This location is incredibly misleading. Sure the museum has a shop but its not outside of the museum its inside the museum everything out hair is either thirst trap trinkets or actual shops selling things that might be of interest to people who tend to go to the museum like historic coins
