        I provided incorrect/incomplete information for the purposes of importation (more than once) and the team were professional, empathetic and speedy. Despite my many errors I was guided through the due process with ease. Absolutely surpassed my expectations.

        One of the rudest receptionists I have ever spoken to! Get over yourself darling - you paint a picture of happy smiling Caribbean islanders and smash it to bits. There is no call to be such a misery - if the job and dealing with civil people seeking advice is too much do us all a favour and quit!

        Once again another horrific phone experience with the Barbados HC, it always impresses me that as a first point of contact for an entire country the people that answer the phones can be so unpleasant, rude and intentionally unhelpful
