Worst GP ever, they dont answer their calls, they dont reply to their emails.

The negative reviews are correct and highlight that this is a systemic issue. Talked to a pharmacist about my symptoms and was told to contact my GP urgently, called at 6:10 and was told I was patient number 2 on the line until the line just cut at 6:30 when the surgery normally closes. I doubt that another patient was on the line for all 20 minutes, especially considering that once we are on the line we are encouraged to make it as brief as possible. This unreliability of my GP means that I end up having to contact 111 when others need it more. Get it together, don't ditch calls.

Very poor customer service at reception desk. Blanked me while I stood there, they saw me but didn't interact. The girl just kept looking around waiting for her colleagues to help but said nothing. Also sitting in waiting room 20 mins after my time yet people who came after me are being seen before me. Terrible place

Warm welcome and prompt responses from whole team including reception and doctors . There are no improvements, truly great! They give you enough time for appointments, great at listening, treat you with care and concern . Dr Tom Sorah is the best doctor ever , very passionate in what he does to help patients .
