Eastman Dental Hospital

I have only good things to say about the pediatric department particularly Professor P. Ashley. My 8 years old son had a trauma to his front tooth and Prof Ashley has been absolutely amazing! My son had an accident at school a day after a root canal treatment and his tooth broke so I called them and they saw us the next day, fixed my son tooth and been ever so good. Every one I spoke to in the hospital was great, from answering the phone, responding to emails and face to face greeting. I am ever so impressed and a big thank you to Proff Paul Ashley who made the all experience so easy for my very anxious son and turn it into a positive and comfortable experience. What a lovely person and a great dentist. My son was so worried before the root canal treatment but came out happy and positive, he said that his doctor was the best. This is a big thing for a little boy, to feel safe in his hands and knowing he will be just fine so when we returned 2 days later with a broken tooth he felt less anxious, when he saw Dr Ashley he immediately felt so much better. Proff Ashley truly care and this what makes all the difference. And before you ask, this is through the NHS and not private.we were ever so lucky to be send to this wonderful place as I was so worried for my son. I also want to mention that they are so busy and we can at times forget to remember or to appreciate that they are doing their best under alot of pressure. Currently on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone about the fact Ive been bleeding all night from my tooth. Ridiculous.

Ive been having treatment now for almost 2 years here and I cannot recommend it enough! The quality of the service, the friendliness of the team, and the professionalism and attention to detail has been fantastic. As someone who gets anxious at the thought of having any dental work done, Sachet (the consultant Ive been lucky enough to be assigned to), has been incredible. I actually look forward to the sessions I have with him as his friendly demeanour and skills at reconstructive gum surgery have been outstanding. Would highly recommend.
