        I purchased a sat nav GO PRO from the TOMTOM website. And I really regretted it, because the device that cost 400 is worthless. From the very first day, working with this navigation is simply a nightmare. wrong routes, shows non-existent prohibitory road signs, constantly crashes, shuts down. I contacted customer service. They wrote back to me several times, sent me instructions on how to restore factory settings and everything. These instructions did not solve the problem. I started demanding that they return the money or repair the defective product. Unfortunately, no one is responding anymore. I don't even know where else to turn. Don't buy a TomTom sat nav, it's the worst and most expensive option you can get. TomTom Scam Network!!!!be careful, avoid this product.

        Bought tom tom go premium and now stopped working, screen blinking name tom tom but not starting up. Nowhere to find support, impossible to contact anyone for advice. Spent a lot of money for nothing.
