poor,no one has answered my enquiry- I am trying to buy online. I have been a regular customer in store for several years. I have never been given a card or a password,I always just give my details at the checkout when I pay, and am found on the system. Now that I want to pay online, I can't,as I have no password, so cannot redeem points etc- I have emailed, explaining all,and have had an email response telling me to put in my password !!!! I've asked to talk to a human being-no one gets back to me. So obviously my custom is not appreciated at all.

A Store Manager has been de-promoted 3 levels for 1 incorrect til transaction which is completely unfair & biased in my view(other people within Space NK have done worse!!). No warnings, no performance reviews, no plan on how this can be avoided in the future. CCTV footage clearly shows store was busy and was not done on purpose, store colleague who used that same til after apparently told the area manager there was a declined transaction, which is 100% a lie otherwise it would of been dealt with straight away. Will never recommend anyone to join this company, especially when area manager's have vendetta's over other colleges below her & think she knows best.

The site reads: Our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Team will be happy to help you with any questions or comments you may have.... I received a package which was missing two items...1 a free sample, the other a free mascara for my daughter. Informed Sian at customer service about the missing items, she informed me she would talk "to dispatch". Later as promised Sian phoned me back....told me that they had shipped the items (clearly my eyesight must be failing) but as it was my first order they would be "good enough" to send replacements. In other words, the message was: "you are a liar, we don't believe you and we are doing you a favour by humouring you". "Do I really have to con SPACE: NK out of 5 quid for a mascara which was a free gift and spend my time this up to triumph in the what was in the box stakes". Agent was rude, pompous and unapologetic, for short order. I asked to speak to her manager and was told she's very busy and it might be quite some time before I get a callback.....I am still waiting. A company that is slipping dramatically into the realms of bad customer experience......
