Save your pounds peeps - I subscribed to a 3 month membership. My first box - September 22 after much chasing arrives 13 October. The box is so badly damaged that it is wide open and the bag inside is unzipped and empty! They use Evri. Customer services are slow and no mention of my refund any time Ive asked. I wont be renewing. Totally disappointed in their service. Avoid.

Automated responses via all (support, social media etc) regardless of your query. Nondescript responses to missing boxes (general 'shipment issues), repeated, sample size products. Shame, used to be a great little company before they were bought out by femtech. Don't bother.

Duplicate products being sent within annual subscription period. I've requested my annual membership be cancelled yet my card had been charged twice the transactions are 3 weeks apart so something is very wrong with their accounting controls No response from customer service team
