The English Garden Restaurant

Received the single bedroom next to the lift which makes it impossible to sleep between 1am and 6pm as its so loud. Promised that I can have a new room next day but next day they said maybe next day. Room still have the same dirty glass when I got back. On the positive, the free breakfast was probably more like a one star plus except that the table was so wobbly so the coffee spilled over when I cut into the scrambled egg so part of it ended up in my laptop bag. Im sure there are 100000 better hotels in London. Im looking forward to another 3 nights here
