Futon Company - Tottenham Court Road

Dropped in this morning to try one of their sofas with the prospect of making a purchase. I wish I hadnt bothered making the special trip to this shop. A member of staff got upset and clearly angry when I sat on one of the sofas, after trying another he became quite vocal. What is the point of having a shop one may ask? Cleary the shop is filled with so much that there is hardly any space and staff cannot be bothered with readjusting. So to conclude: the owners have little regard for the product they sell and the quality of personnels customer and social skills reflect the quality of the product. Not impressed by the very poor experience.
