It was a torture for me to getting the nails done, the staffs attitude was so rude. I visited this nail salon for a manicure service, but unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant as I had hoped. When I was deciding between getting gel or regular nails, I changed my mind once - because the technician told me she could not do the gel style I wanted (which was actually posted on their social media). Then the other nail technician responded in a loud and impatient manner, stating, 'Which one do you want to do, you are wasting our time.' I felt uncomfortable by her tone of voice and would have appreciated a more polite approach to help me make a decision. I was shocked by her attitude and then just settled on regular nails. Later, during the drying process under the fan machine, I asked how much longer I needed to wait, as it had already been 20 minutes. The technician replied, 'Well, if you decide to finish, depends on you.' While I understand that drying time can vary, I felt the response was a bit dismissive and could have been phrased more politely. Overall, I was disappointed with the attitude and communication of the technician, which detracted from my enjoyment of the experience.
