So wonderful to have people in the world who are kind and show compassion to others who are stressed as hell at these moments. Why is everything just so slow. Although they have good banking products they dont have the infrastructure to support. No point having absolutely massive branches with so many staff when no one can actually do anything other than look pretty. To do any process takes forever. Their systems between branches are not linked up the best either. Ive had to bear through the slow times in order to reap benefits of the products. It would be so much better if they trained their staff better and they worked a bit faster.

Hi, am Thai This is my first time in metro Bank Tottenham Court Road branch With my special circumstance. For me I felt very nervous But ! I have very warm welcome from miss Tamina for the first time, she was very down to earth and humble. Her put smile on my face, Make me felt still have hope But still on process I have to come back with proof of address again. Which is my fault For the second time I have met Mr. Yusuf and his assistant Jordan very kind and helpful And nicely recommended. And in 40 minutes To be my case done, I had my 2 accounts I am very appreciate, and so happy Thank you very very much ka Mr. Yusuf and ur team professionals

Monday morning. Tottenham Court Road branch is practically empty apart from two people being served at the desks for ages. Four people waiting around behind the cashier points with no customers to serve. Ive been waiting for 49 and no one is interested in doing the simplest of tasks I require. And its Monday morning!! Has the store manager realised that?
