Absolute joker. Rude, unprofessional and apparently ignorant. His supposed expertise crumbled under the slightest scrutiny. How on earth this guy is still in business is an absolute mystery to me.

Has repaired and serviced my long-defunct precious vintage Sony cassette recorder beautifully. I'm entirely happy with the process. I posted it to Galaxy Repairs as I live out of London. Galaxy has done the work very promptly and sent it back to me securely all within a few days. The fee was as quoted - an expensive job but it's a niche piece of equipment and it felt worth the cost, to know it was being done by someone who knew what they were doing. It's working like new, and miraculous to be able to play tapes I made over 30 years ago and hear them crisp and clean as though made yesterday, and to know that the machine I'm playing them on won't damage these lovely old tapes! Thanks for your help.
