quick delivery, always prompt responses. could have been a little clearer/more polished with some instructions and confirmation of delivery, hence why 4/5 not 5/5. but they answered everything very quick. would use again.

I booked a pallet delivery and had to call the office repeatedly as the collection did not happen on the stated day. The next day I was repeatedly told the collection would be soon, but it was far later than expected. The driver who collected the pallet seemed rushed and uninformed, and to cap off my experience I found out the delivery took 9 days instead of the 2 which I was told it would, delaying the arrival of items. I would recommend using this company if a long delay in delivery is acceptable, and an uncertain collection time is no problem.
