Trusted Cleaning

No reply to voice mails. That's a bad sign. To much business means complacency

Communications with the company have been warm and friendly, though response sometimes delayed, but questions or comments always dealt with and very flexible and accommodating. The person who comes to do the cleaning is marvellous! She always goes one step higher than expected and cleans like it's her own home. She doesn't hang about, either. I would recommend her to anyone, as she was to me.

Moved to Gorleston from London at the end of April 2022. I had a relative doing my cleaning initially but that relative then had health issues and could not continue. I have arthritis, so finding a reliable and good cleaning company was vital for me. Having initially used another company which didnt work out, my regular cleaner was recommended to me by someone. I contacted her and she said she worked for Trusted Cleaning and I then asked the company if I could have this particular cleaner, as she had been recommended. I have a small three bedroomed house. My cleaner comes once a week for two hours. Initially there were some teething problems around cover when my cleaner wasnt available but these were ironed out satisfactorily. Whenever my cleaner is not available, I now have the same stand-in cleaner each time, so I dont have to explain things, and there is also an ongoing relationship there. I started with a list of things I wanted to have done and we now have a good routine going. I work from home. The timings of my clean run across the lunchtime period. Sometimes I am in the whole time she is with me - this isnt an issue, I simply move to a different room when she needs to clean the one I am in. My cleaner does an excellent job - she covers all the necessary tasks in the time and to a high standard. She is also a very nice and good humoured lady - whilst this isnt necessarily a requirement for the job, its certainly a bonus. Ideally I would like to pay a little less, thats the only negative comment I have. I would recommend this company. Service: Standard cleaning
