Disasterous brand stay AWAY poor products and NO REAL AFTER SALES SERVICE There are many decent, well known brands out there , STAY AWAY from this low level wanna be brand, - they advertise a contact helpline but it goes to an answer machine, there is no real human to speak to. Agent we dealt with was Lisa,who was very argumentative and arrogant. This brand and these products still need many years of developing and maturing. Better not to take a risk with them.

This is a single bloke running the show so I think he does get a bit tied up sometimes, mostly when royal mail decide to go on strike and delays in product imports. Anyway, the lights are spot on for the money and I've never had trouble keeping in touch with Chilli, I had a faulty cable on a light and he sent a replacement immediately. The service is there and the product is great so I'm a five star reviewer!

Two bullet cameras ordered and for the price are pretty good, but one has poor sound and the other no sound at all.The sound recording isnt a massive issue for me but after emailing to ask if there was a problem and getting no reply is disappointing.

Camera and handlebar mount not fit for purpose. Camera can't capture majority of number plates and the mount is too cheap and flimsy to keep the camera pointing ahead. Complaint and request to return raised but customer service is being evasive and dodging the question. Overall, cheap products and poor customer service. I guess you get what you pay for.

Customer service second to none, needed a new charging lead for one of the lights that I had purchased from Chilli some time ago. I called in to see them and hey presto new lead cheers Paul. Highly recommended, quality products and service.
