The Royal Oak Blisworth

Food was okay, although nothing too amazing. They were very short-staffed, to the point I only saw *one* lady acting as hostess, taking orders, delivering them, and handling payments for the whole, very busy, restaurant and bar. The prices were a bit insane, but it had been a long day and we were too tired and hungry to go looking for alternatives. Spent around 80 on two mediocre-sized entrees of mediocre food, an appetizer tray for two with what looked like an entire jar of olives, along with small servings of artichoke hearts, hummus, and flatbread, two sodas, and two fairly tasty desserts. I think it's under new management, so I hope they get things sorted out.

Had our wedding reception here. Barn was lovley but food and service was very poor would not recommend any function with over 20 guests the current management can't deal with much more. We had 60 you can guess what happened
