        I regularly order my liquid smoke here and so far, so good. Mel has been very helpful. But they could be better at answering the phone alright! Sometimes its difficult to connect with them.

        I have placed an order with them almost 3 months ago and never received my order. They do not answer the phone and goes to a full mail box so you can not leave a message. I have emailed them and left contact forms on there website with no response. All I am thinking is this is scan website. Keep your money safe and go else where or you'll be sorry. Worst website that has conned me!!! During the current climate its OK for slow orders but unacceptable for ignoring customers when enquiring about an order over 2 months ago!!! Avoid like the plague.
