This is without doubt the worst mistake I have made in business for over 25 years!!!!! I was missold two phones that we ended up leasing from GE Capital and I now have to send them back !!!!!!!!If we had been told they were never going to be owned by us we would have bought them ourselves. Secondly I have never heard of a company leasing phones,...that you never own. I understand car leasing but not on a phone. I did complain when made aware if it but nothing changed. I will never use pure again and i would never reccomend this company to any of our suppliers or customers.

Worst company i have ever dealt with in 20 years of business. Incompetent, Unprofessional and an absolute joke of a customer service department. These people cant even get the very basics right. Avoid at all cost.

Started off ok but more recently the customer service has been shocking. After months of trying to rectify a problem caused by Pure we are still no closer to a solution. If they bothered communicating and actually acknowledging their customers, there might be a chance of getting somewhere. Broken promises and patronising customer services. l would be bitterly disappointed to have such a weak team working for my business. Absolutely no communication from this 'telecommunications' company. AVOID! Shame I could give 0 stars
