We used Moon for over 5 years. They provided a good service until recently. We had a disagreement and they switched off our email services without warning. They also refused to give us our login details for various services we wanted to take in house as they wanted to maintain control and not lose us as a client. As a result we had to get another IT provider to take over our systems and we are extremely happy to be out of their horrible clutches. If you do use Moon, ensure you maintain control over your logins and services.

I personally have used Moon Computers for what seems like forever, I have always found their approach to be professional and extremely helpful. Always willing to go that extra mile to help. I was that impressed that when I started with my current employer one off the first things I did was contact Moon to continue that relationship. Jayne and the team always do their utmost to assist and accommodate us as clients. They may not be the cheapest on price for items but the whole service offered makes it excellent value for money. I hope to continue working with them for years to come.
