        Very disappointed with Pure, very bad service & untruths told when having to close account because of business closing. As they didn't do their job correctly it is cost us hundreds of pounds, admitted their fault verbally but then reneged on payment. Good thing is new business starting several more phones needed WILL NOT USE Pure. Only given 1 star because couldn't give 0
