Well were to begin. Absolute shower of s**t company . A legal firm involved in claims management pretending to be insurers for theyre insured which they are not. Will refuse to give you their insureds insurance details. Will be friendly to start off with as soon as youre persistent with them slam the door in your face then refuse to speak to you and only your insurance company. Rude, arrogant and incompetent staff Nia Morgan being one of them. Loose evidence then pretend you havent sent it so say wont settle claim till sent so will have you run around after them doing there job. Will then agree to pay out then deduct VAT till provided with an invoice but dont mention this to you. Absolutely p*ss poor. Will try and write your car off for a dent! Youre better off not contacting your insurance or them and just getting a court summons through a small claims court against their insured personally as you have no legal Obligation whatsoever to go through them. Or stand your ground dont let them write your car off and ask for a cash in lieu payment. Avoid them at all costs absolute cowboys and a scam!! There reviews say it all! Not one good one!

Utterly incompetent, pointless and time-wasters. Veolia damaged our property over 7 months ago. Have heard nothing from Strata. Every time I chase (about every week to 2 weeks) I am informed the case is being escalated. In despair I asked for the name of head of complaints one Isabel Haynes. They said they take complaints seriously (ha) and she would absolutely ring me back that day 24th March 2023. Still waiting. Avoid this solicitor at all costs.

AWFUL COMPANY.... A ROYAL MAIL VAN HIT MY FIAT 500 WAY BACK IN SEPTEMBER AND IT IS NOW MARCH AND NO SIGN OF ANY REPAIRS BEING MADE AND NO CONTACT MADE FOR MONTHS DESPITE ME CHASING...

Extremely bad experience! I must stress that if you are unlucky enough to have to deal with these people then I stress that you keep on and on to them! Don't let them not follow through with a claim! Took me 3 months to get our issue resolved. -5 stars.

Not good, a royal mail van hit mine and they accepted liability but once this company takes over the reigns on Royal Mails behalf the problems begin, they constantly look for ways not to settle the claim you have to pay for the repairs out of your own pocket and once you have done that and send them the receipts they then supposedly pay, trouble is i am still waiting and chasing them up so either they are on some sort of commission to try and get out of paying or are simply really poor at there jobs will give it a couple more days then i will have to start proceedings against them.
