        We have used HOP on and off for several years and always found them to be helpful and efficient. We ordered fuel from another local company three weeks ago and the let us down and we were nearly out. I rang HOP on Friday to see if they could help and our delivery arrived at 7am this morning! That's what you call good service. Thank you

        After three consecutive failed deliveries by the Certas Group (i.e. Homefuels Direct) I decided to try a company local to the SW. I ordered through Heltor Fuels (Hop Oils parent company) which was marginally dearer but their service was fantastic. Ordered the fuel late on the Wednesday and fuel delivered on time on Monday morning. First on my list for future heating oil deliveries, thank you.
