        Puppy training course may be ok. However if you are unsure if your puppy is ready to be enclosed in a hall with other puppies think twice. I sought advice before attending and then again after a challenging first session and my messages were then ignored. I understand individual support is not expected or possible in group sessions however 5 mins to respond to messages with some compassion and advice from an experienced trainer isnt too much to expect. Really disappointed!

        I have been very impressed with Jane and her knowledge. The way she teaches and explains step by step is easy to understand and follow for humans and the dogs. There is no time to be bored as others have their go. The classes are great socialisation opportunity for K9 and humans. We will carry on just for fun, not for competing.
