        The whole process was great from the first enquiry call to actual product delivery you are provided with excellent customer service, with no such thing as a daft question/query. The contact centre providing a service you always hope for polite/understanding and helpful. And a very big shout to the installation company Deck -Tech (Paul + Paul) there craftmanship and product knowledge was of the highest order and obvious in the way they carried out their work, I can recommend their services without hesitation
