Im a Veteran who suffers with mild PTSD and I've never known a place where the Receptionists and owner are allowed to speak to people in a belittling way over simple questions. All round bad attitude I feel sorry the doctors who have to work with these people and I feel sorry for the rest of the village.

Absolutely horrendous. In the ten years I've been at this surgery (since i was 13), I have never once felt like staff cared. receptionists are always rude, uninterested and ignore patients. I was hung up on today and when enquiring about emergency medication (which without is life threatening), the receptionist could not be more interested in the slightest. She said it wasn't her problem and that was it. I wish I could drive so I could switch surgeries but sadly not. I'm sure they post requirements for admin job description to be rude and uninterested. if i could give negative stars i would.

This place is shocking its all down to organisation 50 minutes and still waiting. I know they get busy but looking from outside in its more of a numbers game with this surgery but the diss-organisation cannot be covered up they always blame the doctors running behind its not fair just be honest. Very abrupt and rude to civilised questions this is all parties.

communication between the surgery and hospitals are awful!! Dr didnt even know Id spoken about this problem (reoccurring vertigo every 8-12 weeks) to a ENT specialist nor do they have the results considering my appointment was 3 weeks ago. and it was them who referred me last time! only positive is they said the meds I needed would be at the pharmacist and within 2hrs
