I have no complaints about the Service itself because I can never get through on the phone - been trying for hours today and the nearest I managed to achieve was queue position 8 before I gave up. Tried to book an Appointment on line but no available slots. No email option either from what I can see on the Website. So disappointing.

Found the staff and doctor I saw to be very empathic and personable. Had the time and patience to listen in order to advise of best approach.

Impersonal doctor, sat with a cup of tea in her hands. Doesn't listen to your side. Wants to experiment with different medication rather than just give you one that works, making you miss work and have awful side effects. Told my partner to go for an sti test over a patch of dry skin on their ankle.. Might be the worst doctors I have ever been too. Wish I could have stayed with my old doctor

Receptionists are useless, if I've ever needed an emergency prescription they have always booked me in with someone who can't write prescriptions and this has happened numerous times.
