At my place of work, we instructed PB Property Developments Ltd to convert some wasted space into functioning working clinical rooms, re-modelling the space and providing all the services to strip out the existing space and renovate to our specifications for operational clinical rooms. The work was carried out by a strong multi-skilled, professional team, ensuring that standards remained high, co-ordinating any issues with myself in a timely manner to ensure that the project was completed within the specified timeframe. The owner kept in regular contact with myself, offering assistance and advice promptly throughout the project - no job ever runs 100% smooth however, as a customer the owner went above and beyond to listen to us and action agreements timely. The work we instructed was across 2 sites. Now that the works have been completed and the rooms are functional, we have made further arrangements with PB Property Developments to support us with our ongoing and future planning of improvements at our properties.
