I found a badly injured pigeon and kept it overnight them phoned Abivale Vets in Abingdon who put me onto OWR. They came out the same day and took the injured bird. Absolutely great establishment. I will make sure I regularly donate now because I have seen first hand how they operate. Proper rescue work when needed not just when tv cameras are around.

Phoned earlier today, found a baby hedgehog with ticks on face, second time in 2days, I picked him him up as he was near the road and put in my back garden. I didn't think I would find any one to help. I found these people and rang them, thankfully they said the will come and get him. Unfortunately he had gone when I went to get him. But as he is obviously near by I will put him in a box and call them. Thankyou so much for doing what you do, so refreshing to have people like them.

I called Oxfordshire Wildlife Rescue this morning after a muntjac deer became trapped on our school site between a shed and a wall. Ruth and Luke arrived and were able to free her and then quickly move to a safe space to release. They clearly care deeply about the animals they are looking after. I'm so grateful for their expertise and prompt response!

We recently called OWR about a trapped swan. OWR came as soon as they could and handled the situation quickly and efficiently. Thank you very much!
