Company that charges ridiculous ground rent to their tenants and then leave vulnerable without electric for days with no emergency continency provided. Residents noticed wildcrest who said nothing they can do. Electrics are unsafe and 40 years plus out of date! Avoid at all costs- very poor service and a organisation with any morals.
