        We were at Silverstone this weekend and needed your services for my friend Tony who is recovering from a skroke. Abbey and Alex response was very quick and they were extremely professional and kind and caring and we're good enough to come and see him the next night. Which is something I find out of the ordinary and very caring indeed and I would like to thank then again. A very big thank you for everything and wish you both the very best in the future.         Liam Mills of EMC was driving to work on the A34 30/6/16 and stopped to help with a road traffic accident in which I was involved. His kindness and professionalism (though not part of his job) were extraordinary. He not only took the initiative to stop, but also contacted the police immediately, checked that all involved were not injured, and managed very deftly the situation until the police came, also taking more of his time to handover to the police. He is an exceptional employee of EMC, and I would like to thank him.
