Honestly, the staff is fantastic. The best if you're in a hurry because they are extremely kind and always open on schedule! I must point out how fantastic the cards and all the things are as usual in terms of quality!

Lovely friendly happy team and so helpful! I needed a helium balloon for that day, they had nearly run out of helium but they persevered in draining every last bit out of that tank for me! Thanks guys you do a great job xxxx

Staff members incredibly jolly and helpful, with excellent service. A large selection of cards. However, thats all the positives, that despite a large collection of cards, not many that are tasteful. I ended up going to M&S and got a lovely card from there. If you use beer mats at home, then the Card Factory will be good for you. If you use coasters instead, require some elegance, then Id suggest you avoid.
