        Check your house properly before completion Or take professional snagging company We have cracked roof window frame taylor wimpey don't care about that terrible customer service experience Over two months nobody turn up seeing properly window & others problem

        terrible at fixing your house issues. simple fix take over a year to be fix, I have moved over 1.5 years ago and I still have issues needed to be fixed. Taylor wimpey dont even bother to reply to emails.

        What a pathetic customer service they provide. They have been lying to me all 4 months that the reported issues will be resolved in couple of weeks time. Heating is not working since day 1 and its still not resolved. Roof not fixed since 4 months, water leak not fixed. No matter you call them, email them or leave voice mail their customer service manager will never respond to you. What kind of brand new house they make only GOD knows. I will not recommend them to any of my friend or family.
