Barratt Homes - Woburn Downs

This was our first house which is supposed to be an exciting time but unfortunately it's been the opposite for us, it's been a nightmare from start to finish! We've lived here coming up to a year and we still have outstanding snags that we cannot for the life of us get them to do! Despite numerous attempts and speaking to everyone from RUDE site managers to countless advisors we're still no closer. There's also lots of criminal activity on the estate and that would be because this is not Little Brickhill like it's FALSELY ADVERTISED on their website/ Rightmove etc, it's Bletchley.

Terrible service from start to finish, my snags are still not done, after nearly 1 year living in the house. The Staff have been rude and the house quality is horrendous. The only good thing about the whole process is the manager Bernard, he was a pleasure to work with but it still doesnt make up for the whole stressful situation.

I am a first time buyer who has visited this development several times. Each time, Bernard has exceeded my expectations. He is a decent professional manager who would provide you with excellent insight, information and answer any questions you may have to make your purchasing easy. Honestly, by far he is the best property sales manager I have dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends. Well done Bernard. Kind regards from me and my family.
