Came to have tea and coffee I asked what the magic coffee was and was told it was similar to a coratado except it had more milk and less coffee but at 3:15 for a small glass its daylight Robbery : I also had a cheese scone which was very heavy and wasnt cooked properly very claggy husband had a cappuccino as refused to pay 3:15 for the magic coffee croissant which was nothing special , wont be here for a long time to come

Tables dirty. Floor dirty. Had to have tea in a paper cup! Toilets dirty.

Awful, awful customer service by till staff Janine. It was too much like hard work for her to show any sort of satisfactory service. M and S staff standards have slipped somewhat. Store Manager Mel also lacks basic customer service skills. Such terrible customer service.

Hands down . I had the worst flat white in the world today at M&S cafe. It was just hot milk in black coffee. Milk was not textured at all and super cold. Barista was the most miserable person as well. For the price you charge for a coffee at least make an effort. Never again. More expensive than costa coffee .

We went to the restaurant for lunch as M&S restaurants are normally good quality service and clean. This one was very slow service and the floor and tables were very dirty. Such a shame! It let's M&S down.
